Senior Manager, Acquisition - Growth: NYC / Remote 

microDrive is seeking a creative and data-driven next-gen social marketer to join our rapidly scaling Growth team. As Senior Manager, Acquisition - Growth you will be charged with leading the strategic execution of expanding our thriving community of hyper-local influencers worldwide. You will build and continuously innovate our growth strategy through balancing performance goals, brand value, pushing boundaries of influencer-generated content and activating new local audiences around the country with creative spirit and intention. microDrive is the first SaaS-tech platform designed to bring hyper-local influencer marketing to the franchisee ecosystem across a variety of verticals, like QSR, beauty, fitness, etc.

Tasks and Opportunities: 

  • Accountability & ownership with limited supervision of paid social programs that expands our hyper-local influencer database, including a customized backend and thousands of existing members

  • Execute and support paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management

  • Grow our current Brand Ambassador program through data driven insights

  • Drive success across digital media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc by evaluating customer behavior across channels and identifying scaling opportunities based on key learnings

  • Evaluate marketing performance across multiple channels to identify areas of improvement and recommend channel-specific strategies

  • Own the planning life-cycle for quality referral deals from execution, campaign monitoring, reporting, analytics, and scalable evaluation of ongoing partnerships

  • Lead execution of performance strategies while improving and expanding our current demographic globally, monitoring success to ensure we are identifying individuals who are aligned with our brand identity and core values

  • Partner with a high-performing team of innovative thinkers and engage in a culture of mentorship, growth, and empowerment

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, operations, and leadership to meet ambitious growth targets

  • Effectively prioritize efforts focused on driving local community engagement through communications strategy

Within 3 months:

  • Strategize, own and execute growth strategy to ensure community and ambassador goals are met

  • Initial campaign set-up: keyword development, ad copy creation & testing, account set-up and restricting, bid and budget management

  • Tracking and reporting campaign results, data analysis while participating in leadership calls

  • Regularly report on and optimize community engagement and scale strategy

Within 6 months:

  • Fully own the development, implementation, and optimization of our growth plan

  • Advise internal stakeholder and implement new strategies for community growth

  • Partner with other teams on improving the forum experience

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of digital experience preferably managing and/or leading talent and creator centric campaigns

  • Proficiency in excel and familiarity with tracking large scale talent programs

  • Experience working with social media tools such as Power Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, etc

  • Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, for both external and internal purposes

  • Experience identifying and implementing improvements based on data and insights
